Ashlan Chidester

Ashlan Chidester is a prolific author, poet, and software engineer known for his technical manuals, articles, and publications. He began his work in software development in 2001 with his earliest publication 'Java programming' and becoming an early adopter of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies. His archived open source repositories remain available online. In addition to his work in technology, He is also known for his contributions to fiction and poetry, including the titles Horror at Tombstone, Slapping Krampus, and Umbra Nosferatu. He is also the creator of the Dupliter Theory. Ashlan's personal life was blessed in 2022 when he married Caroline Emma Chidester (née Cannon) in Vancouver, Washington. Together, they reside in the Pacific Northwest, where he continues to write from their home, accompanied by their beloved dog Winston.
